Registering LLC when shareholders (physical persons) and director are presented in Georgia and will attend registration in Person

Registering LLC  or Branch of foreign company,  when shareholders (legal entities) and director are not presented in Georgia and the process is based on POA

  • Registration at House of Justice on your behalf
  • Registration at Revenue Service on your behalf

Option 4

Registering Individual Entrepreneur when shareholder is presented in Georgia and will attend registration in Person

  • Provision of Legal Address for the first 3 months of the date registration. Afterwards the additional annual fee applies
